While meals cannot be directly supplied by industry, meals from industry are allowed if the value is <$10. The industry source of support may be acknowledged.

Full time faculty members may not participate in promotional activities, including promotional talks and speaker?s bureaus.

Policy discourages attending such events.

Direct industry support of travel for residents, fellows and students is prohibited. For faculty, funds from industry may only be accepted if the faculty member is a genuine consultant.

Access permitted for educational exchange and by invitation. An industry liaison exists.

Device representatives allowed in patient areas only for technical support or training.

Disclosure is required internally and to audiences/trainees.

General oversight committee exists and there are sanctions for non-adherence.
